CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech graduates from any recognized university
• Knowledge/Experience in SW/FW/Applications for embedded systems, C/C++ and Assembly. 2
• Debugging and failure analysis skills. Ability to investigate cases in a logical manner and justify the conclusions.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of USB, I2C, SPI, SD, MMC, NAND etc interfaces is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for providing technical support to customers and Cypress Field engineers a) answering customer questions on email/web-based systems/telephone b) training/demonstrating/assisting customers for using Cypress USB products and solutions.c) failure analysis
• Development of product specifications and applications material usable by customers.
• This is a Level 2 customer facing position with Level 1 directly handling customer calls.
• Level 2 application teams address and resolve issues which Level 1 can not directly handle.
• Should be prepared to support Design, Software, Systems and Marketing in investigation and effective resolution of cases reported by Cypress customers.
