Job Description:
- Handling calls of Customers Query.
- Calling Customers for to know the exact reason of Refusal of Goods.
- Understanding the problems/issues in terms of Product faced by Customer.
- Calling Customers for alternative products.
- Calling Customers for any Shipment Delay.
- Facilitating Customers to return Defective products in Warehouse.
- Providing Feedback to Logistics team about Customer experience in terms of Logistics & Distribution.
- Working with Internal CRM software.
- Preparing Calling reports at day end.
